AHAaaaaaaaaa!!

	Please note that the tracks turning from northbound Smithfield to
Westbound Carson are  NOT  installed as yet!  That means that the P&LE
shuttles have to use the crossover on the south end of the Smithfield
Bridge to get to South Hills Yards and back!

	AND  only the turn from northbound Smithfield to eastbound Carson is
installed - westbound Carson to south Smithfield is not there, either!

	Interesting that at this late date we don't see any PCCs  --  not a
complaint  --  just an observation.  Maybe the photo is earlier than
1947!!
