Never saw the original article, but it was in any case superseded 
by the booklet, which may or may not have been something more 
than just a reprint.

With apologies to the author (a member of this group) and 
publisher, unless and until PTM and/or LRTA choose to make the 
book available again, I've no compunctions about copying and 
sharing it.

Don
