[PRCo] Baggage Rack

Hi!
	The 1700--series interurbans had baggage racks behind the motorman when
delivered from St.-Louis Car.
	PRCo started removing these - but not in earnest - and replacing them
with a motorman's seat.  Did ({[pat]}) complete that job?
