I think this Jerry Applebaum picture is en route from East Pittsburgh to Braddock.  The
caption says Oakwood at Hamilton????

I'd place this location somewhere down in the section that isn't accessible anymore;
that area just under the George Westinghouse Bridge and a long, long ramp that carries
East Pittsburgh traffic over this area to Braddock.

Anyone else?
