[PRCo] PCC 1695

Hi Guys,

Perhaps you can help,

I have several pictures of 1695 with the V front, here is one of the at

Now in the great video tape "The Northside Lines" it shows the same car with
a red front, sometime earlier so, which of you clever Pgh fans can tell me
when they started painting the V fronts and, more importantly, when did 1695
get her V front??
