Was this a Charles Dengler photo?  He took many of the
special paint cars on #22 Crosstown.

Charles helped run the ERA/Joint Raifan Trip Weekend that
included West Penn from Irwin to Brownville, Mon RR train
to Charleroi, PRC to Pgh and then two days of Pgh trips.
Lazear Israel (who later moved to LA) helped.  They were
active in the NRHS.

When I moved to Pgh in 1950, I often visited with Charles
on the North Side.  I went several times to a nearby German
church with Charles and his mother.
