No, the parts for the East Site Loop are not coming from Drake.   
Remember, Drake was the sharpest loop on the system.  We need to be able
to coax the longer interurban cars from Red Arrow around it as well as
cars with longer wheelbase trucks than a PCC.  Even if we can get a car
around a loop, I think a sharper loop will wear out faster than one not
as sharp.
