	The point is this  --  an inference was made that a railfan must  *know*  a real railway
before being eligible to be called a railfan.
	But a railfan can be a railfan if he has never--ever seen a real railway but enjoys other
aspects and considers same his hobby.   Of course, he is not excluded from seeing a
railway!
