Tom McNeely, an official at the Appleton, Wisconsin Trolley Museum is having the
following problem with car 28, their 1960 CTA PCC Evanston Shuttle car:

"We need some electrical help with 28, the MG won't turn over and start when
our generator is hooked up with the power, we may be wired into a wrong
location
or some of the fuses went bad, I would like to power up 28 and charge the
batteries for the winter.
If you know someone who has done this at one of the other museums with
5-50's let me know. Spread the word."

The museum doesn't have trolley wire yet and they tow a generator behind their
cars.

I know this is off topic for the Pittsburgh discussion list, but some of you
guys could probably wire a PCC in your sleep and are always helpful.

I'm also cc'ing this to Frank @ IRM, since their Electric Car Department
regularly pulls off miracles.
