[PRCo] Washington interurban topos are now online

Derrick has now posted all my scans of the 1953 topographic 
maps showing the Washington interurban. They show the entire 
line from Washington Junction to Washington, at reduced scale, 
plus two smaller maps, more easily-read, of the Drake Loop area 
and the Thompsonville crossing.
