[PRCo] Dementia site

Hello all. Sorry for all the questions, but I seek knowledge. Where are those 
pictures taken of the trolleys out in the field? Whose property is this and 
who owns the trolleys? Also, it looks like two of the PCC cars are painted in 
the last paint scheme of white/black/gold. What were the numbers of these 
cars? 4000 series or 1700 series? Thanks in advance. Very nice maps by the
