I am sorry that I do not qualify to even guess at the location. I really would like to tour the line perhaps with some good maps.
But you mentioned special paint jobs. What might they be?

And the handful of special paint jobs.
Hint #4: There were three places on the Coke Region system where the track
looked approximately like this. Kingston was one of them. Mount Braddock
was a second.

the picture was taken.
If that doesn't work, the builders photo of the Valley Route car was
taken at the same place. And for those who don't know it, the
construction of the 831-842 series was not finished by Cincinnati Car
Co.
