Was there an occasion in the early 1960s when a PERC/PRMA member painted the
rims white prior to a fantrip??  Like maybe 1705??  Might also have been for
ERA fantrip in Pittsburgh around 1962.  (they spent two days touring PRC
routes, and covered less then half the system.)

Not claiming this as fact.  Just a vague recollection about something along
this line.  And will be first to confess a possible 'senior moment' on my
part.
