Boston did finally shy away from the company whose electrical
controllers that could not be re-built but had to be totally re=placed .
[ I amhaving a senior moment here and have a blank as to which one that
was ]  GE OR  Westinghouse  ??  Anyway that was what the present PCCs
have as master controllers .  I beleive that other operators found out
the same thing eventually but to late to change or restricted in the
bidding process  to give both manufacturers a fair share.
