[PRCo] Co-Op 39

One last comment on Co-Op 39, and then I'll drop it.  Seashore plans to 
restore the car to its original condition and appearance as delivered from 
Cinn in 1924 (as close as possible). That means a deep red color and Wheeling 
Traction logo which was the WP logo with Wheeling Traction System around the 
outside circle.  The car number was originally 639 and Co-Op dropped the "6" 
when they renumbered the cars.

39 sat for 25 years at Seashore before they started on it.  Trucks came from 
Boston, seats from Chicago I think, and they are making a lot of parts using 
the originals as patterns.
