No it cannot be totally ignored because, at that time, work had stopped
and the car was not in the shop.  It is buried in one of the carbarns. 
You may be able to tell me it is back in the shop, which would please
me.  

At the time it sounded like one more "wreck of restoration" project
where he get part way through a job and someone else has a better idea
of what we should be restoring.  And there isn't a museum in the land
that has more than one car that doesn't have that problem.  We can start
right at home with 4398 and West Penn 832.  I take that back, Baltimore
does not have two cars in progress at the same time ... we only have
4533 and it is just about finished if not finished.  I'll have to look
today.  I know we were going to qualify crews on it this month.
