I just bought 1945-1976 (excl 1971, he said modestly) for $150 - 1'll forego
the binding.  That price also included a whole stack of Electric Railroads
issues and another stack of Headway Recorders, most of which (ER and HR) are
for sale.  There's an extra copy on the Pittsburgh Interurbans.
