In Long Beach, CA, World Trade Center and most office buildings downtown
were closed and doors to their parking garages were closed (don't know
if that counts as sealed).  Cal State University and the city college
were closed, but other schools were open.  Public transportation was
normal, but I heard that the Blue Line was being cut back to Pico Street
station in LA.  Heard that the post offices were closed but mail
delivery was normal.
