    We remained open and have been open since.  Tuesday was one of those
days when it is difficult to be a teacher.  We did not release early as many
have no parents at home during the day.  Any parent that came to pick up
their child was admitted into our locked down building and were permitted to
take their child home.  Many classroom televisions gave the students the
latest news.
I spent a good part of the day walking hallways, trying to dispell rumors
and greeting parents at the front door.  For the most part I was too busy to
watch the events as they unfolded.
    We are located 40 miles northeast of Pittsburgh.
