[PRCo] What's Up with Drake?

I just received some photos (from Mark) of the Drake line. I thought it was
going to remain as a training line until it was rebuilt  sometime in the
future. Why are they dismantling it? Is PTM going to get any of the rail and
hardware?

I see they mounted a crossarm just off the ground with two nice PRwyCo
"chocolates" (reddish-brown asbestos feeder cable insulators.) Is Scott Davis
testing my integrity? ;-) Or is this part of the wire removal technique?
