	Quite simply, the car is not a PRCo car  --  it is a  ({[pat]])  car!  
But then, the Philly cars in SF aren't Pacific Electric, either, but one
is painted that way!   Bachmann HO PE cars were ahead of their time, if
not prophetic!!
