This seemed to be by design -- tried to find out why Pgh. was never
represented and I always got the runaround.

The original ({[pat]}) colors are actually representative of an
organization that was determined to *rid the city of the derogatory
reputation of the largest operating trolleycar museum in the country*
(to use words of one ({[pat]}) official of the 1960s as was quoted on
this list once before.) The original ({[pat]]) colors were actually
like death garments on cars doomed to destruction and elimination.

The paint schemes from 1971--1972 forward are like the rebirth of rail
in Pgh. and would be better representations.

Actually, with the acquisition of several Baby--Tens which had been
sent to Tahoe, PRCo paint has definitely been considered.
