But you should see what the Public Utility Commission referred to city 
representatives in an earlier attempt to "rid the city" of streetcars.  
Terms such as "reckless", "not experienced" and "lack of preparation" etc, 
are used to describe the City of Pittsburgh's "expert" witnesses.  This is 
in the early 1950s, and it is not a transcript of testimony, but the 
published final PUC decision.  In one case, the PUC actually went into some 
detail of the qualifications (or lack thereof) of the witnesses called by 
the city to advocate conversion to motor bus.  Very surprising.
