Wasn't 1776 actually 1776II, a refurbished 1600 series car?  Correct me if 
I'm wrong. I believe PAT had  another(1753?) that was done just like 1776II.  
Anyway, Muni was very receptive on my suggestion of Mod Desire. I just didn't 
have a picture to send them. I gave them a couple websites to look at so who 
knows?  I like the red, white and blue idea better. PAT supposedly had three 
cars painted this way. Can anyone remember which cars were painted this way. 
1776II was one. Was 1753 another?
