I remember large numbers on the bus roofs in Minneapolis - St. Paul in the
late '60s & early '70s.

Greetings
Because I noticed that some systemwere painting bus numbers on the
roof as an anti-hijacking measure and it struck me that people in downtown
office buildings could see the word "Parkvale" It worked. They liked it.
Like many things we did, my suggestions were implemented thanks to
Ken Hussong and Kip Buis. We were a team. Sold a lot of advertising
space for PAT.
