I have some cardstock "cut-out" models of 1776 that PATransit came out with 
as a customer service give-away. I believe they are without the stars. I need 
to search boxes to find them, however. They were printed in color and require 
cutting out the car then placing "Tab A into Slot B", etc to build the model.

Will search for them this weekend.
