This shot of the tunnel is after everything changed.  In the mid to late
70's the portal shown was installed and the tunnel was paved for buses.  How
were streetcars handled during the construction?  Sis they run one direction
at a time through the tunnel or were they rerouted over Arlington Ave, or
some combination?
