Reply: Imagine trying to get the water out of all the electrical
conduits on those two cars?  That's a deal where you simply rewire the
whole car like the Reading Company did with an MU car caught at
Norristown in Hurricane Agnes.

The scene is Liberty Street.  The bridge overhead was the interchange
track between the Pennsylvania Railroad freight sheds in the Point and
the Pittsburgh and West Virginia Railway.  I think you're looking west.
