[PRCo] PRC charters

In the early 1950's, the WBU Club on Spring Hill chartered a PRC bus to take
members on an outing. The WBU was (is) only a block from the Spring Hill
loop, and trolleys were still running at that time, so I assume that they
used a bus to go to a destination (e.g., North Park) beyond the rail lines.
