In a post that none of you saw was a response to this from Edson Tennyson, who
was transit management in Pittsburgh, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, and PennDOT. Ed
remarked that the cause had been given as a sun kink on a cool day. He then went
on to suggest, "Looks like they really don't know."
