	John - just my point - and it happens everywhere.

	On many lists, there are those who say the US doesn't get it right at all
concerning transit while everyone else does.   Just evidence that 
'everyone else'  has problems also!

	And more than just an accident  --  'over there' is supposed to be perfect
maintenance.   Ain't necessarily so!
