Thanks, but I'll pass until a good quality version is available.  I would
have taken the maps at a low price, as has occasionally happened in the past
for this map, (and then re-flogged the 1940s map with a more interesting
description and illustrations, likely bringing big bucks) but some lunatic
apparently thinks it's the only one in existence and bid the crap out of it.
He's welcome to it.  Amateurs, patooey!  The scourge of eBay.
