	YES   ---   M-A-N-Y   times I have said that the probable reason was
not just light-weight of the PCC  (doubt a single truck sweeper weighs
much)  but the fact that the plow itself was constructed wrong.    The
plow was in the shape of an Arrow  ">"   ---   snow being scooped up by
the plow would press down on the same and thus add weight to the front
truck.

	B-U-T   snow also gets packed *under*  the plow and an Arrow shape,
">",  would then  *lift*  the front of the car.
	VERY    BAD    DESIGN    OF    THE    PLOW   seems to be the biggest
problem with M1276 (plus the fact it is GE!~:))

Don't remember this at all.
	Where did the trucks go?
		And Why?
