I think the first owner was Harvey Hubble.  Then OB split up the products and 
some transit items were left here in Mansfield, as was the foundry.  Then 
everything moved out and the foundry sold to Citation from CT.  Now they have 
closed and moved out.

Almost all the OB buildings are gone.  The 6 story brick office building was 
sold to a management group and upgraded as an office building.
