Specifically, Felicia Way just outbound of Lang Avenue, Homewood Shops,
western (inbound) end. Look between the first two line poles on the
left side of the car and another frog is visible. This fits the track
layout at this particular area. That IS a sprung frog which the
trolley wheel is near. A car could back into the yard from Felicia
and the trolley would go the right direction -- it would have to be
moved manually to follow the right track into one of two stub tracks.
The car could back further through a trailing turnout, and then pull
straight forward to be over the pits or could diverge just before this
pit to go over one of two Inspection pits inside the bldg on the Felicia
Way side. Carpenter Shop and also Paint shop inside this building,
the most inbound building in the group of 4-buildings.

The property length for the furthest outbound building was 494.25-feet
long; the property length fora the next building inbound was 690.75-feet
long; for the third building was 575.45-feet long; and the property
length for the last building was 598.75-feet long. This last property
was about 60% building, 40% open yard. This is where the photo of
1657 is taken, near the western (inbound) end of Felicia. Property
width is listed as 135.16-feet.

The two buildings between Lang and Sterrett housed the pits, carpenter,
paint, machine shops and had 9-tracks each and apparently 2-transfer
tables in the last building and one in the other. Only 2-tracks ran
between these 2-buildings -- One near Frankstown and one near Felicia
Way. A crossover between Felicia and the barn track was in the middle
of Homewood Avenue which street ran between these two buildings!

There were 12-tracks inside the building between Collier and Sterrett
with one track that turned right off Felicia way and cut across every
single yard track and connects with Frankstown farside of Sterrett.
An outbound car on Frankstown could turn right onto this track and head
toward Felicia or turn onto anyone of the yard tracks. These were
single slip turnouts. Three tracks went thru to the building between
Sterrett and Homewood Avenue - track closest to Frankstown, and the 4th
and 5th tracks from Frankstown. All others were stub-end.

The most outbound building shared tracks 3 and 4 in common with this
building. But the complex intersection in Collier is difficult to
describe. A single track from the eastern most (outbound) building
connects to tracks 2- and 3- and then to inbound and outbound Frankstown
on western side of Collier. And a Single track from/to Frankstown east
side of Collier connects to tracks 3- and 4- inside the second building
inbound on west side of Collier. A switch from track 4- heading
outbound connectgs to the loop track inside building one.

A Stores Building bordered Felicia and east-side Sterrett and an
armature winding building is on west side of Sterrett.

Is That enough info, Mark, for the file name for the photo?~:)
