Good Morning!

	While I was quite miffed as to where the passengers would come from
during simulated revenue testing operations, we need to remember that
the Valley did grow considerably because of Hi-Tech.    Probably the
biggest problem with Santa Clara is that the area had all its baskets
chasing that one egg!!!!!!!

	The explosive growth caused Many to live in Stockton, implement new
train service between Stockton and San Jose, and housing not only in
short supply but also very expensive.    VTA  could have been building
for the growth and anticipated growth.

	The Silicon Bubble burst which has resulted in dire consequences for
Santa Clara and VTA  --  what ridership they had is gone and could
continue to slide as the economy retracts.

	Santa Clara and VTA are victims of their own success!
