There might have been a potential for Drake, considering over crowding
in the parking lots at South Hills Village and the animosity of the mall
management to PAT riders, had PAT cared to maintain the PCCs so that
they could dependably muster a car or two to run on the line each day.
But when you don't know if it will be a bus or a car that picks you up,
your own rubber tired car works just fine.
