Ed,
That sounds like a bargain. I recall seeing this book in retail stores
around 1990 for $30.
I don't know how the scenes were selected, but the author chose two
different views within 100 feet of each other on Spring Hill, near the
street where I grew up. That camera location resulted in four photos in the
book (two looking north and two looking south). No trolleys in any of these
views.
