[PRCo] PITTSBURGH PCC IN LOUISVILLE VIDEO BY HERRON

Just got the Louisville video by  HERRON RAIL VIDEO and it shows a
Pittsburgh PCC running in that city in movie film that was taken of it.
It was sent there to see if people were interested in PCCs being bought
for that system . They were and some were bought but never run except in
the yard before being sold to Toronto . A change in management doomed
