[PRCo] PAT PCCs IN S F

Let's change the headings if we're going onto another topic.  This has
nothing to do with Herron's Louisville tape.

4000s wore two schemes, red/white/black at the white/gold/black.  Any other
Pittsburgh colors on those two would look ridiculous.  Perhaps one of each?
Or something other than Pittsburgh if not those.
