In talking with TGM lately Charles said he is doing a comprehensive tape on 
Washington DC next and not continuing with the East End at this time.  
Disappointing to us PRCo. fans, but he said he had a lot of DC material.  He 
previously said he knows he can't cover the East End in one tape.
