Carl's background is training in one of the Hollywood film schools. He
understand what makes a good film. He has also worked for San Francisco
Public Television and Maryland Public Television before deciding to make
his living on his own. I think his real reasoning for going out on his
own was to allow himself the freedom of putting quality ahead of time
constraints. Somehow Carl manages to live on a lot less green folding
stuff than most of us, but he enjoys his life. He has said that, as
long as he had enough for bird seed... He was joking but not totally ...
he is the only person I know who has bird that have "the flight of the
house." He has an old city home with vestibules (bird locks) front and
rear.
