I think the only photo taken here was a slide on the last night of
operation. It's not too good. I drove past it yesterday and was amazed at
how much of the right-of-way could be seen. It really isn't a mountain,
just a Western Pennsylvania hillside. There's a big difference!
Would I drink the water from the spring today? Probably not.

I was recently re-reading ERA Headlights July '52. The one for sale at PTM
about the Pittsburgh interurbans. On page 3 there was mention of a mountain
spring between Finleyville and Riverview, which was a favorite stop for
many
motormen. Anyone happen to have any photos of this scenic area? Is the
spring
still there?
