Dupe?  Unethical.  Maybe.  Illegal ... not if the duplicate is for your own use.  Would you want your
material widely circulated?  And is in already in the public domain?  Carl Schultz had dupplicated a number
of early 16mm movie films that are in the public domain now.  In that case, anyone could do it.
