Thanks for the comprehensive report, Ken.

Is the Trolley Square Shopping Mall still in business in SLC?  I visited
there in 1974, and took some photos of the trolleys outside and inside the
trolley shops building.  The trolleys were either on display, or were
converted to other uses - I remember one being a bank office, and another
being a fast food outlet.
