I've no idea how much trust you can put in the city cartographer when it comes to trackage. But other sheets of the map show abandoned 
trackage isolated from the rest, so I'd be almost willing to bet that in 1927 the fragment Bob shows in red was attached and that, 
therefore, it was in use by PRCo.
