[PRCo] Interesting item on eBay-CompuServe web site item#2116513924: PITTSBURGH RAILWAY Co trolley photo

To me this doesn't quite look like Washington Junct. like the seller states. 1)Wasn't the Wash. line double tracked for a short area as it joined the Charleroi line? 2) If this is Wash. Junc., why does the car seem to be headed for Charleroi. I can't see Mine#3(if this is Wash. Junc.) behind the car. I could be wrong. Any ideas?
