Can't speak for Washington line but the only place on the Charleroi
line that this could be, in my estimation, is the loop at West
Library -- but best guess is that it is at Castle Shannon yard.

To me this doesn't quite look like Washington Junct. like the seller states.
1)Wasn't the Wash. line double tracked for a short area as it joined the
Charleroi line? 2) If this is Wash. Junc., why does the car seem to be
headed for Charleroi. I can't see Mine#3(if this is Wash. Junc.) behind the
car. I could be wrong. Any ideas?
