   Why would the car be headed for Charleroi then, when it's signed for
Washington. When was the wye installed at Drake?  Maybe the car is using the
old routing of the 38A line? Car is signed Washington, so it has to be
outbound towards Washington. Not enough background to really be able to
tell.Car looks to be on single track. Ed might know.
