	There were also cars which simply sported DRAKE -- 1703 comes to
mind. And PCC--Interurbans in addition to City Cars sported the
abbreviated form as well, but not all cars.

	LIBRARY was a valid destination in Charleroi days for tripper service
and the loop at West Library was used. LIBRARY was the second listing
of the original destination sign for the 1700--series
PCC--Interurbans. Here is the listing for the original Hunter signs
(the listing I have was printed by Hunter 1949.12.12 and the listing is
for Both the 1600- and 1700--series PCC--Interurbans):::::::

	RIVERVIEW
	LIBRARY
	---------- (Hunter Seam)
	CASTLE  SHANNON
	CANONSBURG
	CHARLEROI
	PITTSBURGH
	---------- (Hunter Seam)
	WASHINGTON
	CHARTERED
	CAR  HOUSE

Inserts printed by Elec S. Mfg. Co immediately after CHARLEROI
were:::::::

	SHANNON  WASHINGTON
	SHANNON  CHARLEROI

And inserts printed by PRCo were inserted at the very beginning as
follows:::::::

	SHANNON  LIBRARY
	SHANNON  DRAKE

	That does not explain plain old DRAKE!!

Ken::	Will write you personally this weekend!
